The Role The Dishwasher keeps the operation supplied with clean, sanitized tools and maintains an orderly dish and utility area that supports safe, efficient service. What You'll Do Wash, rinse, sanitize, sort, and store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and equipment. Operate commercial dish equipment and use chemicals according to safety instructions. Maintain clean floors, drains, mats, walls, bins, and utility areas. Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard safely and on schedule. Communicate breakage, equipment issues, chemical needs, or unsafe conditions promptly. Assist with basic cleaning, organization, or prep tasks when assigned. Benefits & Perks Weekly payroll. What You'll Bring Dish, janitorial, kitchen, warehouse, or other physically active experience is helpful. Reliability, urgency, organization, and careful attention to sanitation. Ability to follow chemical, equipment, lifting, and workplace safety procedures. A team-first attitude and willingness to support changing operational needs. Food Handler Certification Physical & Schedule Requirements Stand and move for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Frequently bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform repetitive food-preparation motions. Regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed. Safely work around heat, open flame, steam, sharp tools, wet floors, cold storage, and commercial equipment. Maintain availability for a varied schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
