Job Description

Job Title:

DISHWASHER

Rate of Pay:

$19.00/Hour +

Season Ski Pass Shift:

Monday through Sunday, 4 PM-Close or 7 AM-3 PM Must be available to work weekends and holidays

FLSA Status:

Non-Exempt/Hourly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up dish station to Sundance standards. Take out trash, recycling, and linen. Follow standards to minimize grease going into the plumbing system. Support recycling program. Complete daily cleaning projects. Responsible for keeping kitchen up to sanitary standards by mopping the floor and wash dishes. Restock lines with clean dishes. Assist with food preparation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess or obtain a valid food handlers permit within 30 days of employment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Must be 16 years of age or older.
