Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support banquet service by ensuring that all necessary items are available and clean for events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and utensils during peak service hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. Assist with catering events as required, providing support in both preparation and clean-up phases. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing tables and serving guests is a plus. Basic culinary skills or experience in food preparation are advantageous.
