What You'll Do:

Prepare and execute menu items according to our standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Help ensure smooth service during busy shifts Contribute to a positive, respectful team culture

What We're Looking For:

Experience on the line preferred (but willing to train the right person) Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen Strong sense of teamwork and communication Consistent reliability and punctuality A good attitude and willingness to learn Respect for coworkers, leadership, and guests Appreciation for quality food and hospitality
