Job Description

Job Summary Arlington Health and Rehabilitation is a family owned and operated skilled nursing facility and we are looking for a Part-time Dietary Aide to add to our dietary department. We would prefer someone with experience in a long-term care/healthcare setting but not required. Responsibilities and Duties Assist with food preparation, serving, and clean up / Dishes . We offer restaurant style dining as well as planned nutritionally balanced meals 3 times each day. Our kitchen crew is always working to insure availability of all offerings. Qualifications and Skills •A Qualified Dietary Aide candidate will possess the following skills: Have a passion to work with the elderly Effective listening skills Clear and concise communication Ability to work independently or as a team player Ability to multi-task Great attendance Food service experience is a plus Experience as a Dietary Aide a plus Must be able to work 3:30 P.M- 7:30 P.M A Dietary Aide applicant must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We also offer a variety of training in the healthcare field through out the year, and we reimburse for the annual renewal of job related certifications or licenses.
