Job Overview Join our team as a Prep / Dish Machine Operator. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and operating dishwashing equipment. We are looking for people evenings and weekends Duties Operate dishwashing machines efficiently, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety procedures Assist with basic food preparation and portioning Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including prep area, sinks, and storage areas, adhering to sanitation standards Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Support kitchen staff with general cleaning duties to uphold sanitation standards throughout the restaurant Requirements Ability to learn food safety management and sanitation practice Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and food prep tools safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail in cleaning and food handling procedures Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, and weekends

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
