Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with food production to meet menu specifications and quality standards Cook a variety of dishes using techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and other methods aligned with fine dining standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, mixers, and dishwashers Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment Support meal preparation for catering events or high-volume service periods while following recipes precisely Handle food safely during all stages of preparation and service, including proper food handling and storage practices Assist with dishwashing duties to ensure cleanliness of all utensils, cookware, and kitchen stations Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, and poaching Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in commercial kitchens Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality standards Experience with menu planning or dietary department procedures is a plus Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers and supporting colleagues Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by bringing your culinary passion and work ethic to our vibrant kitchen team.
