This role assists with ticketing, customer service, vendor coordination, escorting duties, park cleanliness, and general labor tasks. Staff Attendants work under the Lead Attendant Staff and collaborate closely with maintenance and vendor-facing teams to keep the marketplace running smoothly. Schedule We are hiring for both Part & Full Time roles Sun, Wed, Fri, Sat during normal park hours May require coverage for special events Key Responsibilities Assist with ticketing and admission, including customer questions and basic troubleshooting. Provide friendly, responsive customer service to shoppers, vendors, and visitors. Escort vendors, contractors, and visitors throughout the property as needed. Perform park cleanup in common areas, walkways, and vendor spaces to maintain a clean environment. Support vendor coordination, including check-in/check-out, space assignments, and daily vendor needs. Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, signage, barricades, etc.). Provide general labor support for maintenance, operations, or management tasks. Monitor for safety or cleanliness issues and report them promptly. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall park operations. Qualifications Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or general labor preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and shift tasks quickly based on operational needs. Comfortable working outdoors in a busy public environment. Ability to pass a background check. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Availability for weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
