Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance rounds to monitor premises for any suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Enforce company policies to maintain order and safety..
• Provide CPR and first aid assistance in case of emergencies until medical professionals arrive.
• Possess a valid security certificate to demonstrate proficiency in security procedures.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets and prevent theft.
• Demonstrate effective conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security or related field preferred.
• (Preferred) Certification in CPR, first aid, or relevant emergency response training.
• Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Communicate to management and other staff clearly and effectively
• Ability to work in a loud and crowded environment
