Job Description

Aquatic Management Systems (AMS Pools) is now hiring Lifeguards for the 2026 summer season , with pools opening Memorial Day Weekend (May 23-25, 2026) and operating through Labor Day ! ☀ The summer is calling, and so is your best job yet! Imagine getting paid to hang out poolside, soak up the sun, and be the hero who keeps swimmers safe. Whether you're looking for a solid summer gig or just a reason to be outdoors all season long, AMS Pools has a lifeguard spot with your name on it!

PAY RATE

Starting at $15.00 per hour Final compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Keeping swimmers safe while rocking those shades Enforcing pool rules (so no full sprint-front flip-cannonballs into the pool!) Performing effective rescues and first aid when needed Maintaining a clean and safe pool environment Monitoring & reporting pool chemistry to our dedicated Technician team! Staying alert and proactive while on stand Most pools open Memorial Day weekend and close on Labor Day , however, spots are available before and after the season. WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

You must be 15 years of age or older A valid Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Certification (or be willing to get one—we can help!) A strong sense of responsibility and awareness A love for working outdoors Reliable transportation to & from assigned pool locations The ability to stay cool under pressure (and in the summer heat!)
