Overview Join our team as a Clubhouse Clerk at a fun, busy, 9 hole golf course. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the smooth functioning of club activities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for members and visitors alike. Responsibilities Opening the golf course as early as 5:30 a.m. Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance. Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls efficiently. Book tee times over the phone Cash/ Credit Card handling Uphold professional phone etiquette while providing clear information about club services and policies. Light cleaning/stocking Skills Proficiency in computer literacy. (We also will train you on our system) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette. Strong customer service skills Requirements Must be available to work from July 1st through the end of the season (typically late November Shifts are early a.m., so must be very responsible as you will be required to open the facility Must be able to work 2 to 3 shifts per week.
