Staffing Inc. is hiring for the roles of Ticket Taker and Usher at Grand Valley State University, Arena & Stadium, on event days.

Shift Notes:

Shifts are typically 6 hours long but not guaranteed. Shifts are posted to a scheduling app & staff self schedule.

Usher:

Ushers play an integral role in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience during events. As an Usher, you will: Greeting and welcoming guests Direct customers to their designated section or seat. Answer general questions about the stadium/arena. Solve minor issues and escalate significant concerns to the necessary party (usher supervisor, security, etc.). Checking Student ID's.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to handle situations with patience and professionalism.
