Whether managing retail sales, coordinating events, or assisting with safety protocols, you'll play a vital role in delivering memorable moments on and off the course. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and information about clubhouse amenities and events Manage retail sales including merchandise, snacks, beverages, and event tickets using POS systems and cash handling procedures Assist in organizing and supporting clubhouse events such as tournaments, social gatherings, or children's activities with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes, ensuring smooth flow and accurate processing of transactions Maintain safety protocols by performing manual handling tasks, adhering to health guidelines, and providing first aid or CPR when necessary Support outdoor work activities including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment while following safety procedures Handle guest inquiries confidently through public speaking or direct communication, resolving conflicts efficiently with conflict management skills Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, retail sales, or event venue management is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience working outdoors or in outdoor recreational settings preferred Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for processing transactions accurately Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or safety protocol training are a plus Experience working with children or organizing youth activities is advantageous Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest engagement Join us to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment where your energy makes a difference!
