Job Description

We are seeking a Cart Barn Attendant to join our team at the beautiful Owasso Golf & Athletic Club! In this role you will provide excellent customer service while providing directions around the course grounds. This position is responsible for the maintenance of the golf cart fleet, including the daily cleaning of all carts after each use, to ensure the carts are available for player use at all times. The Cart Barn Attendant is the essential place for a Golf Course to run smoothly and effective for club members and new players. Benefits include Employee discount
Earned Paid Sick Leave Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Attend to the golf cart fleet. Put out carts for the day, for ease of access to the players. Wipe down, wash, and gather trash from carts after each use. Return carts to starting area at the end of each day. Keep water coolers readily available for players throughout the day. Provide directions for new players on the course. Collect trash from designated areas throughout the course. Ensure the cart barn is well kept, and maintained for the safety of other employees, or members. Report all cart damage immediately to supervisor or Pro Shop staff. All other duties as assigned, including tasks which support essential functions and may be changed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively with other employees throughout the course. Ability to learn, follow and enforce course policies, rules and regulations. Working knowledge and rules of golf. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. Ability to walk all areas of the property including stairs, at any time of the day through all-weather conditions. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
