The major emphasis of this position is service to our members and guests. The MSA reports to the MSA Lead(s), MSA Supervisor, Associate Head Professional and golf staff. MSA's must work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Overview:
Be visible. Be attentive. Be alert. Be aware. Be professional. Be courteous. Hustle! Do everything with a sense of urgency. Learn member names and use names whenever possible. Use resources provided to learn guest names as well. Communicates with other golf staff professionally. Happily performs other duties as assigned. Maintain professional appearance, including always wearing provided uniform and name tag while on duty.

Golf Cars:
Take extra special care of our golf cars. Be sure golf cars are clean, operational and stocked with supplies; new scorecard, new pencil, two full sand containers. Drive slowly and in control when entering and exiting the cart storage area. Be alert and aware of other golf cars and people walking near entrance/exit. Provide sufficient number of clean, operable golf cars in the golf car staging area.
Club Care:
Learn names and bags of each club care member. When you begin your shift, compare the current tee sheet with our club care list. Then make sure clubs for all club care members on the tee sheet are set up correctly.
Learning Center:
Bag racks on each range tee deck shall be precisely in line and three (3) paces apart. When bag racks are moved, we replace them so the bag racks are in line and evenly separated. Each of the four tee deck's currently being used shall have at least six (6) stations. Stations shall be moved daily during the season (as needed in shoulder season). Stations should first move laterally, then back. Range cart shall be driven at no faster than half speed when attached to the picker.
