Schedule:

Primarily weekends; 1-4 hour shifts; approximately 6-10 hours per week

Age Requirement:

16+ (closing shifts available for applicants 18+ and more hours and responsibilities as well.)

Job Summary:

Ritz Theater LLC is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Theater Associate to assist with theater operations. This position includes customer service, ticket and concession sales, cleaning, and auditorium monitoring in a small, community-centered movie theater.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide helpful, friendly customer service. Sell tickets and concessions using a point-of-sale system. Prepare and serve popcorn, drinks, and packaged snacks. Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, restrooms, and auditorium areas. Monitor auditoriums for safety concerns and guest needs. Assist with opening or closing procedures (closing shifts available for employees 18+). Help with occasional special events hosted by the theater.

Qualifications:

Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with the public. Able to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks. Willing to work weekend shifts consistently. No prior experience required; training provided. How to
