POSITION OVERVIEW

Pay:

$16/hr + tips Flexible Schedule (2-4 days per week) Outside Operations Staff are the front-line ambassadors of the course. These team members ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming environment for all golfers. We are seeking a friendly and attentive Golf Course Cart Attendant to enhance the guest experience at Met Links. This role involves assisting guests with their carts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of all outside areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude to create an enjoyable environment for all visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Greet guests warmly and assist with the loading and unloading of golf carts Provide information about course rules, amenities, and upcoming events Deliver friendly, professional service at all times General Duties Ensure carts are fueled, clean, and in good working condition for daily use Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag drop and surrounding areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of restrooms Maintain cleanliness of event tent and outdoor seating areas Assist with event management related to golf outings and leagues Perform other tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset are essential Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time Golf knowledge helpful but not required This position offers an engaging work environment where hospitality skills are valued.
