As a key member of our hospitality team, you will manage retail sales, assist with event management, and uphold safety protocols while promoting a welcoming outdoor environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and assisting with equipment rentals and retail purchases Manage cash handling and process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems Support event management activities, including setup, coordination, and guest engagement during tournaments or special occasions Ensure safety protocol adherence by monitoring outdoor areas, performing manual handling tasks safely, and responding to emergencies with first aid or CPR when necessary Assist with retail sales of golf merchandise and equipment, maintaining stock levels and visual displays Facilitate conflict management by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience Conduct outdoor work activities such as heavy lifting of equipment or supplies, setting up event spaces, and maintaining cleanliness of the shop area Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking and guest interactions Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities Familiarity with safety protocols related to outdoor environments and food service experience is beneficial Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively and maintain a positive attitude under pressure Join us as a Golf Shop Attendant to deliver outstanding service in a lively outdoor setting!
