Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Gym Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess strong management skills, and have a solid background in financial analysis, data management, and business operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to motivate staff, enhance member experience, and drive the success of our gym. Duties Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff Manage business operations teams to optimize workflow, membership retention, and service quality Utilize Excel for data analysis to monitor performance metrics, membership trends, and financial reports Handle accounting and finance tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue reporting Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and satisfaction Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team Maintain technical proficiency with gym equipment, management software, and data systems to streamline processes Requirements Proven experience managing business operations teams in a fitness or service-oriented environment Strong financial analysis skills with experience in accounting and finance management Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes Technical aptitude with gym management software and other relevant tools Excellent leadership abilities with a positive attitude and motivational approach Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in the fitness industry or health club management is preferred but not required Join us as a Gym Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences while driving operational excellence.
