You are required to sell fitness memberships, personal training memberships, and pilates.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will oversee all memberships sales. The Fitness Membership Director will hire, train, and develop staff for our membership department. You are responsible for staffing membership Sales Counselors and the Assistant Membership Director. You will assist the Personal Training Director with day-to-day operations for the personal training department, as well as, help develop and motivate our personal trainers. You will assist the Club Operations Manager with managerial expectations and upholding the integrity of the club. You will prioritize the Pilates department. You will collaborate with Pilates Coordinator, making sure the instructors are set up for success. As the Fitness Membership Director, you are a total operator. Your previous experiences and background enable you to identify the needs of our members and guests, ensuring they are provided hospitality and care when learning their goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Sales and Management-- Ideally in the Fitness Industry Work schedule of 44 hrs. / 5 days a week/ weekends when necessary Experience working with others and motivating a team Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with

LA Fitness SKILLS:

Lead generation Pushing new sales Strong retention program Inside & outside marketing strategy Ability to pitch corporate wellness programs Strong background in: Social Media - Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.
