Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Fitness Center Manager to lead our facility with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, membership sales, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a vibrant, safe environment. If you have a passion for fitness, strong leadership skills, and experience in sales or management, this is your chance to make a positive impact! Duties Lead the daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service and new sign ups Supervise staff including trainers, front desk, and maintenance to foster a motivated and efficient team Coordinate special events and fitness programs to engage members and promote community involvement Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and safety standards to provide a top-tier experience Skills Proven experience in (personal training or fitness management) or related fields with a focus on leadership and supervision Excellent management skills including staff supervision, team management, managerial decision-making, and operational oversight and sales Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to convert guest inquiries professionally into new members Technical proficiency with fitness equipment maintenance and safety standards Previous assistant manager or managerial experience preferred to excel in leadership roles.
