The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with new people. This position combines customer service, sales, leadership, member engagement, and general club management. Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain club cleanliness
• Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with prospective members and schedule appointments
• Conduct club tours and membership consultations
• Sell memberships, personal training, and coaching programs
• Help members set goals and connect them with appropriate services
• Support fitness challenges, member events, and community engagement
• Assist with staff meetings, training, and team development
• Support social media, local marketing, and community outreach
• Track sales activity and help the club meet membership and training goals Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional when speaking with new people
• Comfortable with sales, follow-up calls, and appointment setting
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales, management, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Compensation
• Target annual earnings of $58,000+ based on hours, sales, and performance
• Membership and personal training sales commissions
• Quarterly performance incentives
