We are seeking a motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee daily operations at our Benton location. This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, maintaining a positive and professional club environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, self-motivated, and passionate about leadership, fitness, and team development. This individual will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and success of the company while helping create an outstanding experience for both members and employees. Responsibilities Oversee all daily club operations including customer service, sales, staffing, and facility standards Lead, motivate, and support front desk and club staff Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development Ensure a welcoming, clean, and positive environment for members and guests Handle member concerns and employee issues professionally and promptly Monitor club performance and help achieve operational and sales goals Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to improve efficiency and member experience Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures Support company growth initiatives and operational improvements Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the Mega Gym brand professionally Maintain strong communication with upper management and leadership teams Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude Experience in health, fitness, retail, hospitality, or management preferred Experience with sales, scheduling, POS systems, and staff supervision is a plus Ability to problem solve and lead by example Flexible schedule Why Join Mega Gym?
