You must be motivated and enjoy helping people to meet their goals. Must be a team leader. Must have sales and management experience. Come join our Elite team today where you will manage the fitness center. Qualifications include a well-developed understanding and use of management skills such as recruitment, selection, training and development, coaching, goal setting, performance management, delegation and organization. Current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is required. Pay is salary based with commissions and bonuses earned each month and you will receive a free gym membership. You will report to the general manager/owner. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Attend weekly meetings.
