Fast-track Management We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and service-driven Club Operations Manager to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a leadership role, and is passionate about providing an exceptional fitness experience. As an Assistant Club Operations Manager, you will oversee daily club operations, ensuring the facility is clean, well-maintained, and running efficiently, working alongside our Club Operations Manager as a mentor for development. You will lead and develop a strong team, create a fun and friendly atmosphere for members, and drive revenue through excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to uphold LA Fitness standards and deliver outstanding service. Create an Exceptional Member Experience Ensure the club is clean, welcoming, and fully operational, providing members with an enjoyable and hassle-free fitness environment. Drive Revenue & Business Growth
• Assist with membership sales, retention efforts, and additional revenue streams to support club profitability. Take Initiative
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, enhance service, and boost team performance. Maintain Club Standards
• Oversee daily facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness to ensure a top-tier fitness experience. Deliver Excellence in Service
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism, friendliness, and a solutions-focused mindset.
