Full Job Description Compensation :
23,000 to 32,000 annually plus healthcare, commissions, bonus and membership Assistant Studio Manager — Orangetheory Fitness We're looking for an energetic, motivated Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Orangetheory Fitness studio and create an exceptional experience for every member.
Responsibilities:
Support the Studio Manager with daily studio operations and team leadership Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong member relationships Assist with membership sales, retention, and studio growth Help recruit, train, motivate, and manage front-of-house staff Maintain a welcoming, clean, and high-energy studio environment Support community outreach, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
