Job Description

Medical Fitness Program Manager - Powell Wellness Center Are you passionate about fitness and healthcare? Powell Wellness Center (PWC) is seeking a Medical Fitness Program Manager to lead medically integrated fitness programs that make a real impact on community health. In this role, you'll oversee programs like FitScripts, health education, fitness assessments, and fitness floor operations while leading and mentoring a team of fitness professionals. You'll collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners, track outcomes, and ensure programs meet Medical Fitness Association (MFA) standards. Why You'll Love Working at

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field 3+ years in a health-related field; supervisory experience preferred CPR/AED (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

NCCA-, ISO
