Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Water Park Manager to lead our dynamic water park operations. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure guest safety and satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain operational efficiency. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering memorable experiences while upholding the highest standards of safety and service. Duties Supervise all water park operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and adherence to safety protocols Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff members, including lifeguards, attendants, and support personnel Oversee shift management, scheduling, and staff supervision to ensure optimal coverage during operating hours Implement and monitor operational procedures related to guest services, safety standards, and facility maintenance Manage budgeting responsibilities, including cash handling, inventory control, and resource allocation Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all water attractions are safe, functional, and compliant with health regulations Develop and execute staff training programs focusing on customer service excellence, safety procedures, and technical proficiency Prepare detailed reports on park performance, incidents, staffing levels, and operational issues for senior management Skills Proven experience in nightlife or event venue management with a focus on large-scale entertainment facilities such as water parks or amusement venues Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in staff supervision and team management Excellent communication skills for managerial decision-making and guest interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing and administrative tasks Experience in events management to coordinate special events or promotional activities at the park Knowledge of operational management principles including budgeting, cash handling, and resource planning First aid and CPR certification to ensure guest safety at all times Technical proficiency related to water attractions maintenance and safety systems Background in hospitality or resort experience preferred for delivering top-tier guest services Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with shift management responsibilities Join us as we create an exciting destination where fun meets safety!
