Job Description What You'll Be Doing Maintain active focus on all children, providing caring, energetic attention and consistent direction. Encourage and support our team of attendants to ensure we are providing excellent care for the children and service to the members. Assist supervising manager with training new staff. Assist in planning, preparing, and implementing summer camp programming in the summers. Communicate clearly and supportively with parents regarding children's needs, behavior, and related issues. Accurately complete and maintain procedures for registration, daily sign-in/out, cleanliness, and safety. Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture within the childcare facilities, bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade. Provide practical support, problem solving, and excellent customer service during the daily operations of the childcare facilities, bowling alley, movie theater, and arcade. Provide feedback to management about improvements that could be made regarding programming, planning, organizing, and policies. Attend all required meetings and staff training. Smile and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. What You Need for this Position 21+ years old Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in hospitality, education, or a related field is preferred Experience in a leadership or administrative position is preferred Must enjoy working with children of all ages. Must have flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be CPR/Child Infant and CPR/AED certified or be willing to obtain certification upon hire. Ability to pass an annual background check.
