What You'll Do As an Aquatics Team Lead, you will: Lead, coach, and support a team of swim instructors Help train new hires and reinforce company standards Ensure high-quality, consistent swim lessons and customer experiences Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed Provide excellent customer service to families Assist with front desk operations and scheduling Support the General Manager with daily operations Help create a positive, high-energy team culture What We're Looking For Leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, club leadership, sports captain, etc.) Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and ability to motivate others Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Passion for working with kids and supporting a team Ability to safely tread water while supervising students Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback Schedule 15-29 hours per week
Monday-Friday:
8:30 AM - 8:00
PM Saturday:
