What we are looking for: SALES/ Coordinator

ONLY ACCEPTING FULL TIME

( M-F 10:30am

• 7pm )

SATURDAYS MANDATORY

( 10:30 AM

• 6:00 PM )
• Punctual & Responsible
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Experience
• Able to multi-task
• Excellent Time Management
• Professional Etiquette
• Proficent computer skills

Duties:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals
• Coordinate and schedule appoitments
• Maintain customer communication and update customer information as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide package information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of production and services

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ Female
• Bilingual
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
