- Lead attendee generation efforts for partner-led and joint promotional events by coordinating shared campaigns, aligning outreach plans, and driving registration targets.
- Develop and optimize registration experiences, including pricing structures, deposit options, deadlines, and other conversion-focused mechanics.
- Build communication workflows that increase attendance, including reminder campaigns, confirmation touchpoints, and pre-event messaging that prepares registrants to participate.
- Monitor registration performance against established milestones, identify pacing risks early, and recommend corrective actions to improve event fill rates.
- Establish clear event marketing measurement standards, maintain reliable reporting baselines, and track return on investment across campaigns and channels.
- Partner with creative, paid media, member marketing, and strategic alliance teams by setting campaign direction, developing briefs, and ensuring execution meets performance goals.
