About the Role We are looking for outgoing, friendly, and reliable Event Brand Ambassadors to bring energy, hospitality, and seamless organization to a branded wine event on September 24th, 2026. Position 1: Line & Guest Managers If you feel particularly strong at , controlling crowd flow, and keeping long queues organized and entertained, please let us know in your application! This is a great position for someone with experience in stage management or performance. Position 2: Heat Press Operators If you feel particularly strong at (heat press machine for attaching patches) and are responsible, crafty, and tech-savvy, please let us know in your application! This is a great position for someone with experience in theatre tech and generally requires less customer interaction than other roles. Position 3: Production Assistant If you're a true jack-of-all-trades who thrives on stepping into whatever role the event needs, whether acting as an active station host, running errands, or managing lines, let us know in your application! This is a great role for someone with experience as a production assistant, stage hand, or swing. Shift Schedule Breakdown (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM) 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM | Setup & Load-In Placing product displays, arranging tables/decor, unboxing materials, and getting stations ready for guest arrival. 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Live Event Execution Running guest-facing stations, greeting attendees, capturing photo moments, and directing line flow. 9:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Strike & Reset Striking decor, packing up leftover product, and resetting the venue space back to original condition.
Key Responsibilities Host & Engage:
Run assigned event stations with warmth, high energy, and effortless hospitality.
Crowd & Line Flow:
Keep guest lines organized, maintain a fun vibe during wait times, and direct traffic through the space.
Photo & Product Help:
Assist guests with photo opportunities, hand out product samples, and share key product highlights.
Hands-On Setup/Strike:
Work physically as part of a team to unpack, stage decor/product, and strike the event cleanly at the end of the night. Dress on
Brand:
Come in jeans and white shoes/sneakers (toes must be fully covered) and be ready to wear our branded ambassador shirt for the event. Who We're Looking For

Live Events Background:
You have natural charisma, clear communication skills, and know how to keep a smile during a little live chaos. Please note if you have stage management experience, pop-up experience, or experience handling crowds and lines.
Proactive & Friendly:
You step up when things get busy and keep guest experiences smooth and enjoyable.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift 25lbs and assist with set-up and tear-down (lifting boxes, placing light decor/staging, and standing for the duration of the shift).
Reliable & Punctual:
