Michigan's Adventure is seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Hospitality Administration Intern to gain hands-on experience in HospitalityGuest Experience and EventsExecution operations. This paid internship provides real-world exposure to guest services, admissions operations, group sales, event planning, event execution, leadership development, and client relations while helping create unforgettable experiences for thousands of guests throughout the season. This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027. Internships available HospitalityGuest Experience Internship EventsExecution Internship Responsibilities HospitalityGuest Experience Internship Support Admissions and Guest Services operations, including Guest Services, Ticket Booths, Parking Tolls, Turnstiles, and the Group SalesSeason Pass Office. Assist with scheduling, staffing support, training, and administrative functions. Help support guest satisfaction initiatives and resolve guest concerns. Learn hospitality leadership and operational management practices. EventsExecution Internship Assist with planning and coordinating group events, corporate outings, youth programs, and employee appreciation events. Support event logistics, catering coordination, signage, and guest arrival processes. Assist with day-of event execution and client support. Support sponsorship activations and special event operations. Help collect event information and materials for post-event recaps. Preferred Majors HospitalityTourism Management HotelLodging Management Event Management TourismTravel Management Recreation Management Business Administration Marketing Communications Public Relations Organizational Leadership SportsEntertainment Management Related Fields Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Currently enrolled in a college or university. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
