As an Event Staff team member, you'll be at the heart of the action, welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service, and helping ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities:
Be a friendly and professional representative of both BEST Crowd Management and our clients. Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event experience. Patrol assigned areas to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff. Assist with access control, bag checks, entry screening, and guest flow management. Respond appropriately to incidents, medical situations, guest concerns, and other event-related issues. Work closely with event staff, venue partners, law enforcement, and emergency personnel when needed. Provide directions, answer questions, and assist guests with a positive attitude. Observe and report safety concerns, suspicious activity, or policy violations to leadership. Complete accurate incident reports and other event documentation as required. Follow company policies, procedures, and venue guidelines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service, event, hospitality, security, or related experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of guests, coworkers, and partners. Ability to remain professional and calm in fast-paced or high-volume environments. Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent guest experiences. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as schedules require. Must successfully pass all required pre-employment screenings.
