Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and executing various events. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our events and ensuring memorable experiences for all participants. Willing to train the right candidate for the job. Duties Prepare events from conception to execution, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively. Follow event preparation guides to a tee, to ensure all elements are properly packed and ready. Engage with attendees during events, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Utilize social media platforms to promote events and engage with the target audience before, during, and after the event. Collect data on event attendance and participant feedback to assess the success of each event and identify areas for improvement. Ability to work extended hours and follow directions will little oversight. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services for successful event execution. Must be capable of lifting 40lbs. Capable of problem solving and seeking solutions without being prompted. Experience Previous experience in event planning or management is highly desirable. Strong background in customer service with a focus on creating positive experiences for attendees. Experience following a packing form and attention to detail.
