Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, help drive local marketing initiatives, and ensure every event runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Sales:

Pitch birthday party and private event packages to prospective clients, guiding them with clarity to build complete trust in our execution.

Guest Relations:

Serve as a primary point of contact for daily guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests via phone, email, and in person.

Marketing Support:

Assist with local event marketing, advertising campaigns, and outreach initiatives to generate new leads and drive repeat business.

Event Execution:

Oversee event setups and coordinate details on event days to deliver an exceptional guest experience and encourage referrals. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming, customer-first attitude. Clear and professional verbal and written communication. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
