Ensure membership satisfaction through effective communication with HIA-LI Members and assist with event planning, execution, and committee correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

Database & Member Communication:

Welcome new members and update profiles via database Manage membership communications and benefit blasts. Answer general membership questions

Sponsor/Event Assistance:

Register participants and communicate with registrants & event sponsors Assist event staff with event set up/breakdown

Office Administration:

Answer calls and handle mail. Maintain office and conference room organization.

Committee Support:
