World's Largest Pickle Party® is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Event Staff team for one of the country's most unique food festivals. If you enjoy working with people, creating memorable guest experiences, and being part of exciting live events, we'd love to hear from you! Pay $25.00 per hour Paid training provided Hours vary by assigned role and shift. Available Event Staff Roles Qualified candidates may be considered for one or more of the following positions: Brand Ambassador / Greeter Ticketing Staff Event Staff VIP Staff Team Lead (experience preferred) Reserve Event Staff Assignments will be made based on experience, availability, and event needs. Responsibilities Depending on your assigned role, responsibilities may include: Greeting and assisting guests Checking tickets and directing attendees Providing excellent customer service Assisting with VIP experiences Answering guest questions Supporting event operations Maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere Working closely with team leads and event management Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced event environment Able to stand and walk for extended periods Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required 21+ Dress Code Khaki or black pants (or shorts, weather permitting) Comfortable closed-toe shoes Event shirt will be provided, if applicable Why Join The Big Dill?
