Responsibilities of the Event Assistant Represent the nonprofit brand at community outreach events, promotional campaigns, and local fundraising initiatives throughout the Houston area. Welcome attendees, answer questions, and create engaging experiences that encourage community involvement. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and day-of logistics to ensure every event runs smoothly. Share information about the nonprofit's mission while helping strengthen overall brand awareness within the community. Support marketing initiatives by helping execute outreach campaigns and event promotions. Help maintain an organized, professional event environment while providing exceptional service to attendees.
