Little Princess Spa is looking for an energetic, enthusiast, fun, and bubbly party coordinator (a.k.a Fairy). Work is mainly on weekends (part time); weekdays are on call basis with advance notice. To be considered for this position, applicants must be 16 years or older and must possess hair braiding skills (French and/or Dutch braids). Applicants must also be willing to dress up in our fairy costume. This role primarily entails coordinating birthday parties during weekends and by-appointment-only individual day spa on weekdays making it an ideal opportunity for high school/college students or individuals seeking a second job. As a party coordinator, you'll ensure the seamless execution of our enchanting birthday parties from start to finish. You are expected to provide exceptional customer service to our party hosts, our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include setting up party arrangements/individual appointment, assisting with kid's make-believe spa services, playing games with kids, coordinating the party timeline, and handling invoices. Don't worry if you're new to the role—comprehensive training will be provided. Alongside competitive base pay of $11 per hour, our party coordinator have the chance to receive generous tips from our delighted clients, ensuring that their average hourly pay exceeds $20.
Requirements:

Demonstrate reliability and unwavering commitment to your role, ensuring the smooth execution of each party. Be available to work on weekends (Friday - Sunday), spreading magic and happiness. Be available to work minimal 2 days on weekday (Monday - Thursday) . Possess reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival. Embrace the enchantment by donning a fairy costume and immersing yourself in the magical world of Little Princess Spa. Radiate a positive and cheerful attitude, uplifting the spirits of all around you. Exhibit excellent listening and communication skills, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our young guests and their families. Willingly undergo training in all services provided, including kids' hairdos, braiding, makeup, nail painting, glitter tattoos, and selling boutique items. Showcase your exceptional hairstyling skills, including French braids, Dutch braids, bows, buns, and more. Possess basic nail painting skills.

Possess independent transportation, expanding your flexibility and convenience. Prior experience and expertise in hair-related services, particularly braiding. Where are you currently located? Will you be able to reliably commute to our venue in Round Rock, TX? Are you available to work at least two days on weekday (Monday-Thursday) and on call basis with at least 2-hr advance notice? Our business is by appointment only.
