Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable Event Staff to support the successful execution of various events. This role involves assisting with event setup, breakdown, and ensuring the venue remains clean and organized throughout the event. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging equipment, furniture, and decorations as needed. Support the breakdown and cleanup process after events, ensuring all items are properly packed and stored. Clean and organize inventory and event supplies post-event to maintain readiness for future use. Ensure the venue remains tidy during the event by managing waste disposal and minor cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations from start to finish. Follow safety guidelines and company policies during all duties. Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or during events as scheduled. Strong physical stamina to handle setup and breakdown activities. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning and organizing tasks. Prior experience in event support or hospitality is a plus but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in event management while contributing to memorable experiences for attendees.
