Food & Beverage Sales Representative — Event Staffing The Crown Mobile Bartending and Staffing Spokane, WA Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Territory sales Business development Hospitality industry experience Prospecting Corporate sales environment Full Job Description About The Crown The Crown Mobile Bartending & Staffing delivers upscale, white-glove bartending and event staffing for weddings, private events, venues, country clubs, casinos, and hospitality partners. We are building local sales coverage in three growth markets. The opportunity This is a business-development role for a proven hospitality seller. You will prospect local accounts, start conversations with decision-makers, register opportunities in our sales portal, and help turn qualified interest into signed events. This is not a bartending position with occasional sales duties; selling is the job. This role's territory covers Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID. What you will do Build relationships with venues, planners, hotels, resorts, caterers, country clubs, casinos, and event producers. Make about five new venue or planner touches each week. Register leads before quoting and log activity in the sales portal. Follow up consistently, identify the buyer's staffing need, and move qualified opportunities toward a signed event. Represent The Crown with polished, dependable, white-glove service. What you bring Documented food and beverage, hospitality, venue, events, or business-to-business sales experience. Examples of accounts or events you personally helped win. Strong local relationship-building ability; an active market network is a major advantage. Self-direction, organized follow-up, and comfort with commission-based compensation. Compensation Commission-only, per written sales agreement: 10% commission on closed events; 15% on monthly closed-event volume above $5,000. No base salary.
Activity expectation after hire:
about five new venue or planner touches each week, every lead registered before quoting, activity logged promptly, and a 30-day performance check-in.
