WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prepare and cook food according to Taco Nazo recipes and standards Keep your station stocked, clean and ready for service Communicate clearly about orders, timing, shortages and problems Acknowledge instructions and respond clearly in a timely manner Work with urgency while maintaining quality and safety Monitor your surroundings and help teammates when another station falls behind Restock, clean and prepare for the next rush without waiting to be asked Follow portion, recipe, food-safety and sanitation standards Receive coaching professionally and apply feedback Arrive on time, prepared and ready to contribute Support prep, cooking, dishwashing, cleaning and other kitchen responsibilities

SCHEDULE

Part-time positions available Must be available for: AM / PM Weekend availability: required Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week PAY $17 -$20 per hour, plus applicable tips. Pay within the range will depend on relevant experience, availability and demonstrated job-related qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation or the ability to report consistently to Bellflower, California Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors Ability to work safely in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment Food Handler Card by the required employment deadline Must meet all legal requirements applicable to the position

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The essential functions of this position include working in a fast-paced kitchen environment; standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, squatting and using ladders as needed; and occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling supplies, equipment and food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
