Need to be available to open at 6:30am Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, adhering to recipes and quality standards. Operate the cash register, process payments, and manage customer orders efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the counter, seating areas, and equipment. Restock supplies and ensure inventory is adequately maintained. Adhere to health and safety regulations and follow company policies. Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve operational goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary tasks.
