Duties Prepare a variety of menu items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately Manage food service customer orders from taking to delivery, ensuring quick turnaround times Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give accurate change Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, and food prep tools Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety management practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with accuracy Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Customer service experience with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean workspace is a plus Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service!
