Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, maintaining speed and accuracy during busy periods. Uphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and workspace cleanliness. Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; food service experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively while maintaining sanitation standards. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing inventory levels. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that promotes a positive dining experience.
