Responsibilities Prepare fresh sandwiches and other menu items efficiently, adhering to quality standards and food safety regulations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and quickly Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Handle cash register operations, including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing the register at shift end Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols and food handling guidelines Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu options, and ensuring customer satisfaction Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety management practices Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and order calculations Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards consistently Join us in creating a vibrant atmosphere where great food meets exceptional service!
