Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Toast Bartending and serving alcohol Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, counters, and food prep zones Support food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and assist with general restaurant upkeep to ensure a tidy environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order accuracy and timely delivery of food Engage with guests to answer questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS system Toast is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in retail math or grocery store environments can be advantageous Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or restaurant experience will support success in this role Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
