In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a wide variety of food, beverages and treats at various sporting events and for casual park guests. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by maintaining a great smile, cleanliness and efficiency in the concession area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food, beverages and treats in a timely manner, adhering to safety and health regulations. Operate cash registers, handling cash and credit transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the concession stands. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting low inventory levels. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering questions about menu items. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Experience A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in food preparation or working in a fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Experience in cash handling and sales is an asset, along with basic math skills for processing transactions. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
