Dairy Queen Crew Member Job SummaryWe are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Crew Members to join our Dairy Queen team. Crew Members provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and working together as a team to create a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service Take customer orders accurately and process cash, credit, and other payments Prepare food, Blizzards, soft-serve treats, beverages, and other menu items according to Dairy Queen standards Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures Keep the dining room, kitchen, counters, and work areas clean and organized Restock supplies and ingredients as needed Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and respectful manner Support the team wherever needed to keep restaurant operations running smoothly Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant work Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We want team members who are dependable, hardworking, respectful, and committed to providing great service.
